This scene in "D2" was filmed at St. Anthony Falls in Minneapolis. The actual spot, as seen in the still above, is on the north side of the river on private property. The next two photos below are as close as I could get to it without trespassing. This is the scene during the rollerblading sequence in the first part of the film where the Ducks get Connie and Guy together. AND the Ducks cock-block Guy from getting his first kiss!
From where Hall, Coway and Averman are shouting to Guy and Connie, as seen above, it is physically impossible for Guy and Connie to have been there. This shot is on the south side of the river. Connie and Guy were on the north side. Anyway, below is the same spot in 2014.
