Lowell Park in Stillwater, Minnesota was used as the location of the Oktoberfest celebration in "Grumpier Old Men." In the above still, Jacob approaches the river during an argument with Melanie. Below is the same spot in August of 2014.

I also took the above image. This is the location where the polka music and dancing would have been happening in the film. This is the main area of Lowell Park.
