Located at 1403 Harmon Place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this building's interior was used as Dr. Ryland's office in Drop Dead Fred.

This was my favorite spot and, as a huge fan of this film, I was actually star struck to see these steps in person. Above is a still from the film as the character Namby Pamby makes her appearance. Below is how the steps look in 2014.
This location is now used as part of the local technical college, but you can walk right in and see these locations for yourself...just be aware you have to pay for parking.
