Cooper's Foods - "Grumpier Old Men" Filming Location - St. Paul, MN

Located at 633 7th Street West in St. Paul, Cooper's Foods was used in the grocery store scene in "Grumpier Old Men." Not much has changed in the store since the filming.

The moments in this store were among my favorites in the film. This is where Grandpa Gustafson asked Mama Ragetti if she wanted to see his "man-size canalloni." Above is a still from the film; below is the same spot in July of 2014.

In the above still from the film, we can see Max Goldman taking a stroll down the bakery aisle. In the photo below, from July of 2014, it looks almost identical 19 years later!
