Charlie's Apartment - "D2: Mighty Ducks 2" Filming Location - Minneapolis, MN

The Adams Apartments, located at 500 South 10th Street in downtown Minneapolis, were used at the home for the Charlie Conway character in D2. Above is a still from the film; below are the apartments in July of 2014. As you can see, the second floor windows match up perfectly.
