Waterford Towers (Part 3) - "Joe Somebody" Filming Location - Plymouth, MN

The infamous scene where Joe gets beat up by Mark happened in the parking lot of the 505 building of Waterford Towers. In the above still, Joe passes through security to enter the parking lot. As you can see in the below image from August of 2014, the security gate doesn't actually exist.

Once you get up the ramp, make a sharp left. That is where the slap took place. In the above still, Mark is getting his bag out of his truck as Joe approaches him; below in 2014. The 605 building is in the background.
