Maizy's School - "Uncle Buck" Filming Location - Wilmette, IL

This is one of those locations that I could not miss while visiting Chicago. I have watched the movie "Uncle Buck" more than anyone I know so the excitement building to this particular location was intense. Above is the "Uncle Buck" house as it appeared in the film. Tia Walks Home - "Uncle Buck" Filming Location - Winnetka, IL

In the film "Uncle Buck," the character Tia gets into an argument with her boyfriend, Bug, and decides to walk home from a party. Her Uncle Buck goes driving around looking for her and spots her on the side of the road. In the still above from the film, you can see Tia walking as Buck's car approaches. New Trier West High School - "Uncle Buck" Filming Location - Northfield, IL

New Trier West High School, located at 7 Happ Road in Northfield, Illinois, was used as Tia's school in the 1989 movie "Uncle Buck." In the still above from the film, you can see Buck pull up in his car. Below is the same spot in August of 2015.
