A large portion of "D3: Mighty Ducks 3" was filmed at Shattuck-St. Mary's School in Faribault, Minnesota. Above is a still from the film (the school was called Eden Hall Academy in "D3"). Below is how the same location looked in August of 2014.

I believe "Embrace of the Vampire" with Alyssa Milano was filmed there in the early 1990s.
